We work on developing the leadership abilities of our students through active methodologies, projects, and an international curriculum in English and Spanish. Our students develop the maximum potential of their skills, respecting their rhythms and learning styles.
1. To initiate the admission process you must pay the registration fee of $100,000 (COP) and present the payment support of the admission process along with the documents that we ask you to submit in step 2.
If you decided to start the admission process with us, you must fill out the form that will be sent to your email and attach the required documents.
As part of the process, we will assign you an appointment with the psychologist and the school principal of the grade you hope to join. The applicant must be accompanied by their parent and/or guardian. You will receive a response from the Admissions Committee within three business days.
Once admitted, you must go to our admissions office to receive the registration package, fill out the required documents, make the payment, and legalize it.

Check your appointment:Our students in Kinder 5 (5 years old)begin an English language immersion process with native classroom teachers. Our high school graduates graduate with a much higher level of English, both oral and written. They present international evidence that confirms this.
The hours at Bureche School for our students are as follows: Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (Kinder 1 to Kinder 4) and until 2:45 p.m. (Kinder 5 and First Grade). From Second to Twelfth Grade the hours are from 6:50 a.m. to 2:45 p.m (normal academic day) or until 4:30 p.m. with extracurricular activities.
On Fridays, Kinder 1 to Kinder 4 runs from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Kinder 5 to Twelfth Grade are dismissed at 12:45 p.m. We also have an early bird program before the start of the normal day for Kinder 1 to First Grade (6:50 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.).
The school has a varied extracurricular program made up of different workshops, which bring our students closer to the arts, sports, and complementary disciplines that enrich their education.
We have transportation service for our students, available for each of the school schedules (Kinder, the other grades, and the extracurricular program). The routes are divided into sectors and have short routes, preventing students from remaining on them for long periods of time.
We have a school cafeteria for snacks and lunches, as well as an interdisciplinary team made up of a nutritionist, a food engineer, and kitchen assistants, who prepare weekly menus based on a balanced diet for our students.
We have a nurse in a space equipped for the attention and care of students. In addition, medical insurance is available for the care and transportation of students in the event that a safe transfer to a hospital is required.
We receive children who are one year old (or from when they can walk) in Kinder 1. We also have Little Skills, an early stimulation program, where we receive babies from six months of age.
Education at Bureche School is based on active learning methodologies, where children learn by doing. We also work on solving global questions and problems through project-based methodologies.
Bureche School offers its students the opportunity to study abroad and experience other countries, beginning in Fourth Grade.We currently offer destinations in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
We are Calendar B and our school year begins in August and ends in June. Studentsare on vacation in the middle of the school year (December to January), fall break, and spring break.
